The Princess Diana and Jungkook of BTS: The Story of Reincarnation

Princess Diana was a legendary figure during her time, and her legacy is still remembered today. Regarded as one of the most graceful and beautiful women in history, Diana didn’t have that sort of life as there were a lot of things that troubled her during the childhood and things took an even bad turn when she got married to Prince Charles, now King Charles III.

Princess Diana was born on 1st July, 1961 at Sandringham, England. Her parents were John Spencer and Franches Roche, who were also close allies to the British Royal Family. In 1977, at the age of 16, she met King Charles III (who was Prince Charles at that time), and he proposed to her on 6th February, 1981. The wedding was watched by over 750 million people worldwide on their television, and it was estimated that around 10 million people took part in street parties. The couple had two children, Prince William (born 1982) and Prince Harry (born 1984).

However, the trouble in paradise started after a few years, and it started to get visible to the public too. In 1986, Diana started having an affair with Major James Hewitt, while Charles too resumed his relationship with his former girlfriend, Camila Parker Bowles. Due to all this haste, the couple officially got divorced in 1996. After the divorce, the Princess gave an interview saying, “There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded.”

Just a year after the separation, Diana died in a car crash in the Pont de l’Alma tunnel in Paris, France, while escaping from the paparazzi. This incident took place on 31st August 1997. She was with her then-boyfriend Dodi Fayed and the driver, Henri Paul, who was the acting security manager of the Hotel Ritz Paris. Another one in the car was Trevor Rees-Jones, a bodyguard employed by Fayed’s father. He is the only survivor of the accident but due to his head injury, he cannot recall anything that happened that night.

The gate of Buckingham Palace was covered with flowers and the whole world mourned for her loss. Her funeral was watched by over 32.10 million people in the UK, and even more worldwide. Also, her death has brought out a lot of conspiracy theories, in which some talk about the involvement of the British Royal Family.

It is at her death where the Jungkook from BTS conspiracy theory starts. This is not a proven or an actual fact, but it was brought out by some BTS Army on Twitter. The theory claims that Jungkook is actually the reincarnation of Princess Diana. Also, the death of Queen Elizabeth II has further sparked up this conspiracy.

What this conspiracy theory is about?

It all started when @bikerbangtan on Twitter tweeted:

“I think this is jungkooks first life”.

“I actually think it’s his second, and might be this huge stretch but I have this crazy theory of how he’s the second life of a certain person”.

The account also left a disclaimer saying:

“Disclaimer: do not take this to heart all seriously, please do not threaten me for this, this is a personal opinion, if you do not agree, please just continue to scroll on, mute me, or just block me, I have no plans on fighting for this. Moving on+”.

They start the story writing:

“So my father has been watching a lot of princess Diana docus recently plus the fact I just love her, but a lot more is because, one is she 💀 on august 31st 1997 and him being born the day after that is just like a huge coincidence to me, +”.

This is true because Princess Diana passed away on 31st August 1997, and Jungkook was born on 1st September 1997, just a day after she died.

“Second is cuz she 💀 quite young I actually base this point from a webtoon but there’s an instance where you’re born right after you 💀 when you haven’t fully lived your previous life and in princess di’s case, her life was cut short +”.

Again, it is true because Princess Diana was just 36 years old when she died.

“Three is because they’re both good at toying with the camera in the sense where they use the media to their advantage, most recent for jk is when he says he plans to continue to use his influence to help small businesses +”.

Again, both Diana and Jungkook has used their popularity to help others and to put attention on the small things that were under the shade.

“And with di, she’s always doing her best to extend to people, some royals haven’t really done. They’re also loved by many for hundreds of reason and mainly good +”.

“So yeah, that’s just like the ones I was able to put in a sentence properly, I’m so sorry I can’t lay down all of it cuz my thoughts and the points are all over the place 😭 I just find a lot of similarities between them. -end-”.

Overall, all these tweets talk about the similarities between the two individuals and how they are related by their personalities.

In the context of the demise of Queen Elizabeth II, one user @madocamii tweeted:

“She died SEVEN days after JK’s bday…”

This is also almost true as Jungkook celebrated his 25th birthday on 1st September, and the Queen died on 8th September.

This tweet was further quote retweeted by another user @joonfendi, writing:

“What’s even crazier is that philosophers theorized every 25 years the reincarnated person has a 7-day window of consciousness to fulfill their old dreams/desires”.

Now, we have no clue if this is real or not, but this tweet has now garnered over 30.6k likes and over 5.3k retweets.

Based on this, some people used the hashtag “Baby Highness” as the title for Jungkook.

This whole theory has received mixed reactions from people all over, and while some took it as a light joke, some didn’t quite like it. The theory became so popular that “Jungkook” became the number one related and breakout topic under “Princess Diana” worldwide.

So what do you think about this crazy conspiracy theory? Do let us know.
