Free Britney: New voicemail reveals Britney Spears begging to end conservatorship

As we know the #FreeBritney movement has been going on for a long time, and everyday some new things are unraveling. This time, it is a voicemail of her to her ex-manager Sam Lutfi, which has been leaked by himself. Let us see the details.

Britney Spears has been trying to get out of the conservatorship, and the court case related to this is still unfolding. Last month, she gave testimony regarding the conservatorship and revealed how she has been abused and mistreated since 2008. After all this, the court granted her the permission to select her own attorney and her new lawyer officially filed a case to remove her father, Jamie Spears, from her conservatorship

Just recently, Sam Lutfi, who was Britney’s former manager, just leaked some old voicemails. Previously, he was blamed by her family for her 2007 breakdown, and an AVO was filed against him. But now, it looks like he is coming for her defense. In his Instagram page, he posted a series of old voicemails from Spears and also an email sent to her.

In the voicemail, Britney is heard saying:
“Hi, this is Britney Spears. It’s Sunday the 18th. Just so you know I want out of this conservatorship. I’ve been blackmailed by visitation with my babies by the conservatorship. I’m confined, restrained, and stripped of my civil rights. And I demand the state of California to review this case because I feel it’s illegal.. Bye.”

Lutfi wrote this under his post, and also said, “(this is 2009) I have many more throughput the years. 13 years later nothing has changed, every judge ignored all these calls.”

In another voicemail, she is heard saying:
“Hi, my name is Britney Spears. I called you earlier. I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times, that you know, he’ll take my children away.

I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process and that you guys are taking care of everything, that things will stay the same as far as my custodial time. That’s it, bye.”

In the third voicemail, she is heard saying:
“Hi, this is Britney Spears. I want John Eardley and John Patterson to represent me as a court-appointed attorney in my best interests and best wishes. Ok bye.”

Sam also gave his opinion saying, “The year later 2009 maybe? Still nothing. Ingham claimed all these were fake and her folks verified they were not her. All left on my phone every year. What a world we live in. Those babies can drive now and still nothing has changed.”

In one of Lutfi’s lengthy Instagram post, he told his story, writing:

“This was one of the first ones. The transcripts is in the post. Every attorney received a copy. The beginning of the messages were all time and phone number stamped they all knew there were real and legit every judge threw out, wouldn’t even call her into chambers to ask if these were real or not.

Zilch zero nothing. There was never anyone on the inside that would help. These calls are to my phone, these calls cost me a ton of money in court, tarnished my name further but also tore my soul apart, I had no idea where to turn, no one was listening no one seemed to care.

I can’t believe nothing has changed. She will never get those years back, her children were robbed of a huge chunk of history with their mother, F*ck you Hill Street”.

In the post, he also shared a screenshot of Spears’s email that he received back on 13th February 2008, where she writes:

“I, Britney Spears want John Eardley to represent me and bring this conservatorship to an end.
I am of sound mind and body.
I dont want a conservator
Im being held against my will
I cant exercise my constitutional rights
I cant participate in my custody litigation
I believe my civil rights are being violated”.

Citing the case, Britney took to her Instagram on 18th July, where she said:

“For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos… look I’m not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think!!! I’ve done that for the past 13 years…

I’d much rather share videos YES from my living room instead of onstage in Vegas where some people were so far gone they couldn’t even shake my hand and I ended up getting a contact high from weed all the time… which I didn’t mind but it would have been nice to be able to go to the mother f*cking spa!!! And no I’m not gonna put on heavy makeup and try try try on stage again and not be able to do the real deal with remixes of my songs for years and begging to put my new music in my show for MY fans… so I quit!!!

I don’t like that my sister showed up at my awards show and perform MY SONGS to remixes!!!!!! My so-called support system hurt me deeply!!!!! This conservatorship killed my dreams… so all I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill… yet people still try!!!

I didn’t like the way the documentaries bring up humiliating moments from the past… I’m way past all that and have been for a long time!!! And for women who say it’s weird the way I still have hope for fairy tales… go f*ck yourself!!!!!

As I said… hope is all I have right now… you’re lucky I post anything at all… if you don’t like what you see, unfollow me!!! People try to kill hope because hope is one of the most vulnerable and fragile things there is!!!! I’m gonna go read a mother f*cking fairy tale now!!!! Pass if you don’t want to see my previous a** dancing in my living room or it’s not up to your standards… go read a f*cking book!!!!”

We really hope that Britney gets all her rights and things will get better for her.
